Before You Send Your Design

Getting your logo sign-ready

Good artwork prep prevents delays and colour mismatches. Not sure your file is ready? Send it anyway — we'll check it before anything goes to production.

  • Send your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) where possible.
  • Convert fonts to outlines, or send the font file with your artwork.
  • Confirm exact PMS/Pantone colours if brand colour accuracy matters.
  • Give us the final width and height, or the wall/panel it needs to fit.
  • Share a site photo so we can plan mounting and wiring if it's lit.
  • Let us know if power access is available near the install location.

FAQ about signboards

Acrylic is a solid laser-cut panel or letters, unlit unless you add LEDs. Backlit has an internal light source glowing through a translucent face. Frontlit is lit by external spotlights. Lightbox is a slim frame with a swappable printed or translucent face lit from inside.
